Gruh Finance Board recommends Rs.3 dividend

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 3/- per share, The dividend recommended will also be applicable for the full year in respect of Equity Shares issued during the year.

The stock closed the day at Rs.135.20, down by Rs.2.15 or 1.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.138.65 and low of Rs.135.05. The total traded quantity was 9181 compared to 2 week average of 6633.
