VST Industries Board recommend 200% dividend

VST Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 200% on the Ordinary Share Capital of Rs 1544.19 lakhs of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.350, up by Rs.8.40 or 2.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.350 and low of Rs.342.50. The total traded quantity was 115 compared to 2 week average of 528.
