Praj Industries Board recommends 1:1 bonus issue

Praj Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2007, inter alia, has recommended issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 by capitalisation of reserves.

The stock closed the day at Rs.457.85, down by Rs.4.60 or 0.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.472.80 and low of Rs.446.10. The total traded quantity was 1659625 compared to 2 week average of 876707.
