Prithvi Information Board announced interim dividend

Prithvi Information Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2007, inter alia, has announced an interim dividend of 20% for the year 2006-07. viz., Rs 2.00 on every share of Rs 10/- each on the paid up Capital of Rs 18.07 Crores. (Previous Year Interim Dividend is 15% on the paid up capital of Rs 18.07 Crores).

The stock was trading at Rs.295, up by Rs.9.90 or 3.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.304.50 and low of Rs.289.10. The total traded quantity was 550503 compared to 2 week average of 107271.
