BSL Ltd Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation

BSL Ltd has announced that on April 18, 2007 the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur have passed the final order for Amalgamation of M/s. BSL Wulfing Ltd with the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2006.

The stock was trading at Rs.25.25, up by Re.0.50 or 0.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.25.30 and low of Rs.24.55. The total traded quantity was 102 compared to 2 week average of 22302.
