Shrachi Securities announces Record Date for merger

Magma Leasing Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 30, 2007 to May 04, 2007 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the approved Scheme of Amalgamation between Shrachi Infrastructure Finance Ltd (Transferor Company) and Magma Leasing Ltd (Transferee Company), for the purpose of determining the eligibility of members of the Transferor Company for allotment as per the Swap Ratio of 1 Equity Share of Rs 10/- each, fully paid-up of the Transferee Company for every 3 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, fully paid-up of the Transferor Company, as mentioned in the Scheme of Amalgamation.

The stock was trading at Rs.60.55, down by Rs.1.35 or 2.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.61 and low of Rs.60.50. The total traded quantity was 450 compared to 2 week average of 3559.
