ECE Industries Board recommends 25% dividend

ECE Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 25% (Rs 2.50 per share) on 43,88,155 equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.520, up by Rs.23.15 or 4.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.520 and low of Rs.499.80. The total traded quantity was 5548 shares compared to 2 week average of 1401.
