Jaypee Hotels Board recommends 18% dividend

Jaypee Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 17, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of @ 18% (i.e. Rs 1.80 per equity share) per equity share of Rs 10/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.64.25, down by Rs.1.70 or 2.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.67 and low of Rs.62. The total traded quantity was 28177 shares compared to 2 week average of 14568.
