Nilkamal Board to consider Scheme of Amalgamation

Nilkamal Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 21, 2007, to consider a scheme of amalgamation of Nilkamal Crates & Bins Pvt Ltd ("NCBPL") and Stackwell Marketing Services Pvt Ltd ("SMSPL") into the Company under sections 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956 (the "Act").

The stock closed the day at Rs.194.90, up by Rs.8.90 or 4.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.195.30 and low of Rs.187.55. The total traded quantity was 16652 compared to 2 week average of 5687.
