Mid-day Multimedia Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. The Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation for declaration of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2006-07.

The stock closed the day at Rs.42.25, down by Rs.1.25 or 2.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.45.30 and low of Rs.42.05. The total traded quantity was 41631 compared to 2 week average of 112222.
