SRF Board to recommend final dividend

SRF Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2007, inter alia, for considering and approving the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and recommendation of final dividend on equity shares, if any.

The stock closed the day at Rs.150.35, down by Re.0.95 or 0.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.154.80 and low of Rs.149. The total traded quantity was 388489 compared to 2 week average of 813561.
