Bank of India Board to declare dividend

Bank of India has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank which is scheduled to be held on April 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve, Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the year ended March 31, 2007 and also declaration of dividend if any.

The stock was trading at Rs.182.20, down by Rs.2.95 or 1.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.187 and low of Rs.181.15. The total traded quantity was 95224 compared to 2 week average of 752911.
