Salora International Board to recommend dividend

Salora International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 24, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and approve Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to take on record Audited Financial results for publication.

2. To consider and recommend divided, if any for the year 2006-2007.

Further the Company has informed that, in view of the publishing of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007, the Company will not publishing Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter.

The stock closed the day at Rs.90, up by Rs.4.30 or 5.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91 and low of Rs.87.05. The total traded quantity was 7377 shares compared to 2 week average of 144447.
