Valson Industries allots 2,50,000 shares at Rs.51

Valson Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2007 has allotted 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 41/- per share on conversion of 2,50,000 warrants on preferential basis in terms of Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 26, 2005.

The stock closed the day at Rs.36.10, up by Re.0.15 or 0.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.90 and low of Rs.35.60. The total traded quantity was 1579 shares compared to 2 week average of 1773.
