Shivalik Bimetal Board to consider second interim dividend for the FY 2006-07

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 21, 2007, to consider the payment of 2nd interim dividend for the FY 2006-07.

The stock closed the day at Rs.13.80, down by Re.0.50 or 3.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.45 and low of Rs.13.80. The total traded quantity was 4450 shares compared to 2 week average of 2302.
