NR International to approve merger and allot bonus shares

NR International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 24, 2007 to consider the following items:

1. To approve the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shree Maruti Steels & Castings Pvt Ltd with the Company.

2. To allot the Bonus Shares to the Shareholders as on record date April 20, 2007.
