Dunlop India Extends Last Date of Rights Issue

Dunlop India Ltd has announced that in view of the numerous requests received from the Shareholders to extend the last date for acceptance of the application forms for the rights issue, the Company has decided to extend the last date for receiving such application forms until April 24, 2007.

For the convenience of the Shareholders of the Company, it has been also decided to accept such application in plain paper format in case of non receipt of Letter of Offer and Composite Application Form by the Shareholders.

This is the second time the company has extended the date for receiving application from investord due to various requests from them.
