Indiabulls Financial Board declares final dividend of 50%

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2007, inter alia, has declared a final dividend of Rs 1 per share, 50% of face value of Rs 2 per share. The total dividend for FY 2007 (Interim and Final) is Rs 3, 150% of the face value of Rs 2 per share.
