GMM Pfaudler Board to consider fourth interim dividend

GMM Pfaudler Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 24, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider payment of Fourth Interim Dividend, if any.

3. Fixation of Record Date for the purpose of payment of Forth Interim Dividend, if any.
