Genus Overseas Changes name of the Company

Genus Overseas Electronics Ltd has announced that the name of the Company has been changed from "Genus Overseas Electronics Ltd" to "Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd" w.e.f. March 31, 2007 as per the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana received on April 13, 2007.
