IOL Broadband Board approves merger of Exatt Technologies

IOL Broadband Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 14, 2007, has unanimously approved the proposal of merger of Exatt Technologies Pvt Ltd (a leading internet service provider) with the Company, subject to necessary approvals from regulatory authorities and Hon'ble High Court.

The stock closed at Rs.434, up by Rs.7.60 or 1.78% on volume of 683546 shares compared to 2 week average of 311365. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.439 and low of Rs.428.4.
