Stovec Industries Board to recommend final dividend

Stovec Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ending on March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board will also take up the matter at the said meeting for recommending the final dividend if any, for the financial year ending on March 31, 2007.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.99, up by Rs.4 or 4.21%. Only 112 shares changed hands compared to 2 week average of 378.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.99 and low of Rs.94.50.
