Apollo Tyres Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 01, 2007, to consider and approve the following:
1. Approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
2. Approve split of face value of shares.
3. Consider and recommend payment of final dividend, if any.
The Company would be releasing the Audited Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 alongwith Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.
The stock was trading at Rs.279.75, up by Rs.3.55 or 1.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.300 and low of Rs.274. The total traded quantity was 119533 compared to 2 week average of 12120.
