Gujarat Ambuja Cements to become Ambuja Cements Ltd

Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd has announced that on April 12, 2007 the Company has received a copy of the fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 10, 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat confirming the change of name of Company from "Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd" to "AMBUJA CEMENTS LTD", with effect from April 05, 2007.
