Infosys Technologies Board recommends 130% final dividend

Infosys Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 13, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 6.50/- per share (130% on the equity share par value Rs 5/-).

The company has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will remain closed from June 08, 2007 to June 22, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend and 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on June 22, 2007.

The stock was trading up by Rs.56.35 or 2.76% at Rs.2100. The stock had hit an intraday high of Rs.2114.40 and low of Rs.2027.10. The total traded quantity was 572537 shares compared to 2 week average of 340101.
