Accentia Technologies to increase headcount by 500

Accentia Technologies Ltd has announced that the Company during the year 2007-08 is all set to add 500 people at its Bangalore and Trivandrum BPO centers to cater to the improved order book position and also to cater to the outsourcing requirements of US Acquisitions.

The Company for the 1st Quarter of 2007-08 is expected to do sales in the range of Rs 220 Million and Profit after Tax of Rs 45 Million. Over and Above the Organic Growth, The Company in-organically, through 3 acquisitions in USA is going to add USD 10M to its Top line in the year 2007-08 with Net Margins in the range of about 25%.

For the year ended March 31, 2007, the Company has achieved a Total Turnover of Rs 335.02 Million with a Net Profit after Tax of Rs 72.45 Million.

Commenting on the addition of manpower, CEO & Director of the Company Mr. Pradeep Suseela Viswambharan stated that, in a phase wise manner, the Company need to increase the manpower strength to cater to the increasing order book position and also to cater to the requirements of outsourcing needs of our acquisitions.

The Company with its integrated focus on Medical Transcription, Coding, Billing and Insurance Claims offers complete gamut of Integrated Value Chain of a Health Care BPO, which is Unique in concept, as such Integration is going to reduce the costs of Hospitals and make them realize their Receivables in short time, the demand for the Integrated Health Care BPO services offered by the Company are receiving good response, Mr. Pradeep Added.
