Unimers India to reduce capital

Unimers India Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble Bombay High Court at hearing held on March 23, 2007 have passed order for reduction of the Equity Share Capital of the Company from Rs 53,00,66,650 divided into 5,30,06,665 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up to Rs 15,90,19,990 divided into 1,59,01,999 Equity Shares of Rs 10/ each fully paid up by cancellation of Seven (7) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each out of every Ten (10) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up held by Equity Shareholders.

The stock was trading at Rs.4.35, down by Re.0.08 or 1.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.60 and low of Rs.4.33. The total traded quantity was 18669 compared to 2 week average volume of 45880.
