Arrow Coated Products Ltd has announced that pursuant to the resolution passed in the EGM held on February 26, 2007, the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted the preferential Warrants to the allottees as per the details mentioned below:

Promoters:

1. Mr. B S Vasa : 40000 Warrants allotted
2. Mr. Rama Subramanium : 25000 Warrants allotted

Non-Promoters:

1. Mr. Bhupatrai P Shah : 10000 Warrants allotted
2. Mrs. Sulochana Hirani : 10000 Warrants allotted
3. Mr. Ashok Patil : 25000 Warrants allotted.

The stock was trading down by Rs.1.45 or 3.72% at Rs.37.55. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.75 and low of Rs.37.55. The total traded quantity was 2098 shares compared to 2 week average of 2722.
