Remi Process fixes Record Date for bonus issue

Remi Process Plant & Machinery Ltd has announced that April 28, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of issue of Bonus Shares.

The company has announced bonus shares in the proportion of THREE new Equity Shares for every Equity Share held by them respectively on the above record date.

The stock was trading up by Re.0.54 or 4.94% at Rs.11.47. The total traded quantity was 100 shares compared to 2 week average of 717. The stock was struck in the upper level of circuit limit with pending buy orders for 12850 shares.
