Satra Properties Board to consider final dividend

Satra Properties India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 19, 2007, inter-alia, to consider the following Business:

1. To consider and approve the un-audited quarterly results for the Quarter ended / Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To discuss and decide about the declaration of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-2007.

3. To fix the Record Date, if the Final Dividend is approved.

The stock closed at Rs.612.50, up by Rs.10.90 or 1.81%. The total traded quantity wsa 6615 shares compared to 2 week average of 7552. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.613 and low of Rs.602.50.
