IOL Broadband to consider amalgamation of Exatt Technologies Pvt Ltd

IOL Broadband Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 14, 2007, to consider the amalgamation of Exatt Technologies Pvt Ltd., a leading internet service provider having multi city operation with the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.431.35, up by Rs.6.70 or 1.58%. The stock opened the day at Rs.444 and hit an intraday high of Rs.444 and low of Rs.426.25. The total traded quantity was 170231 shares at a weighted average price of Rs.432.94 compared to 2 week average of 261173 shares.
