GV Films to consider acquisition of library of English films

GV Films Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 23, 2007, to consider acquisition of library for the Web-casting Division.
The Company has negotiated with an international content Company for acquiring over 8000 English films for its Web-casting Division for Internet exploitation. The library is valued to be over USD 50 Million.
The stock closed the day at Rs.5.25, down by Re.0.06 or 1.13%. The total traded quantity was 1155131 shares compared to 2 week average of 1198997. The stock opened at Rs.5.05 and went to hit an intraday high of Rs.5.47.
