Sandesh Board to recommend dividend

Sandesh Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider take on record the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
