ABL Bio Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 18, 2007, to consider and take on record the final accounts of the Company for the year 2006-2007 and approve a proposed Rights Rights Issue and matters relating to the said Issue.
