Vakrangee Softwares Board to consider dividend

Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following matters:

1. Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

2. To propose dividend (if any) on Equity shares for the year 2006-07.
