Satra Properties "Prime Mall Down Town" to be completed in 12 to 15 months

Satra Properties India Ltd has announced about Project "Prime Mall Down Town" at Hughes Road. Construction of this project is going in full swing. The Company is expecting the project will be over within 12 to 15 months.
"Prime Mall Down Town" is a joint development between the Company led by Mr. Praful N Satra and other partners at Hughes Road, Mumbai, which is in South Mumbai at chaupatty, a hub of Financial market in Mumbai. It covers 2,50,000 sq.ft. of saleable area to be developed in 2 phases, having commercial value of approximately Rs 200 Crores, wherein the share of Satra Group is 30%.
