Core Projects Board recommends 10% final dividend, appoints new CEO

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 10, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of 10% (including interim dividend of 5% declared on October 30, 2006).

The Company has appointed Mr. Prakash Gupta as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company in place of Dr. Ramesh Subramaniam, who has resigned from the services of the Company.

The stock closed on Tuesday at Rs.590, down by Rs.6.05 or 1.02%. The total traded quantity was 19334 shares compared to 2 week average of 12653. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.607 and low of Rs.580.
