Dynamatic Technologies Ltd is exploring possibilities of acquiring a business unit in Europe engaged in manufacture of hydraulic products. The company is in a process of finalizing feasibility study in terms of technical analysis, financial analysis and market analysis of the unit to be acquired from the transferee company by independent auditors and legal advisors.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1180, down by Rs.15.60 or 1.30%. The total traded quantity was 130 shares compared to 2 week average of 2486. The stock hit an intradday high of Rs.1208.95 and low of Rs.1165.05.
