Adf Foods equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Adf Foods Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement proposed to be made between Lustre Investment Pvt Ltd (Transferor Company) and the Company (Applicant Company).
