South Asian Enterprises to market "Terec"

South Asian Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Company had disposed off the Fort located at Pachwa (Rajasthan) by agreement dated March 26, 2007 for surrending the lease to lessor.

This has been done in concurrence with directions of the Board given in its meeting held on January 30, 2007, for identifying productive usage of Forts held by the Company in Rajasthan and the amusement parks at Ayodhya within means of Company or else their disposal by sublease or otherwise.

Further, the Company has entered in to a MOU with Falcon International Petrotech Pvt Ltd, as marketing partners for "Terec" a product used in lighting protection system, the proposal whereof was consented to by the board in the aforesaid meeting.
