Carborundum Universal Board to recommend dividend

Carborundum Universal Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, to approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and would also consider recommending a dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
