Tube Investments Board to recommend dividend

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tube Investments of India Ltd will be held on April 27, 2007, to consider the following:

1. Approving the audited accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Approving the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. Recommending dividend, if any, for the financial year 2006-2007.
