Panasonic Carbon Board to recommend dividend

Panasonic Carbon India Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 20, 2007, inter alia, for consideration and approval of Audited Accounts of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007 and Recommendation of Dividend for the said Financial Year.
