AV Cottex Board to declare dividend

AV Cottex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 17, 2007 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on March 31, 2007 and to consider the declaration of dividend to its shareholders.

Further the Company has informed that, the Audit Committee meeting of the Company will also be held on April 17, 2007.
