The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of GMR Infrastructure Ltd has allotted 2000 Secured Non-convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each, aggregating to Rs. 200 Crore to ICICI Bank Limited on May 16, 2012.

The GMR Infrastructure Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.19.85, down by Rs.1 or 4.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.50 and low of Rs.19.10.

The total traded quantity was 11.20 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 9.05 lakhs.
