Gitanjali Gems forms Gitanjai Ventures DMCC in Dubai

Gitanjali Gems Ltd has announced that the Company has incorporated Gitanjali Ventures DMCC as its wholly owned subsidiary. The registered office of Gitanjali Ventures DMCC is situated at Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, Dubai, UAE.

The main activity of the newly incorporated wholly owned subsidiary is trading in Diamonds, precious stones, diamonds jewellery and pearls.

The stock was tradin at Rs.205.45, up by Rs.15.50 or 8.16%. The stock was up in huge volumes of 704420 compared to 2 week average of 238892 shares.
