Praj Industries Board to recommend bonus issue

Praj Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 18, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To discuss and recommend capitalization of reserves by way of issue of Bonus Shares.

The stock was trading up by Rs.20.75 or 5.26% at Rs.415.50. The stock was up on huge volume of 841699 shares compared to 2 week average of 541219.
