TCS to announce FY 07 results, dividend on Apr 16, 2007

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2007, inter alia, for considering the following matters:

1. To approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To propose a Final Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007 for the approval of the shareholders at the existing Annual General Meeting.

The stock was trading up by Rs.28.65 or 2.40% at Rs.1222.50 on volume of 79505 shares compared to 2 week average quantity of 312668.
