DGP Securities announces 10% dividend on CRPS

DGP Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2007, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs 10/- per share on the 11,28,840, 10% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share (Unlisted) of Rs 100/- each.
