Satyam Computer subsidiary Nipuna appoints Mr. Harish SN as its Global Delivery Head

Satyam Computer Services Ltd has announced that Nipuna Services Ltd the Company's BPO arm and the world's first eSCM capability level 4 service provider on April 05, 2007 has announced the appointment of Mr. Harish SN as its Global Delivery Head. In this role, Harish would provide thought leadership to enhance customer confidence through operational excellence and leading the delivery team. At Nipuna, he will be assigned to create 'Centres of Excellence' across all existing & new delivery centers, in addition to spearhead all quality initiatives across Nipuna.

Harish Joins Nipuna from 24/7 Customer, India, where he was instrumental in providing direction and executing strategies for building the company’s business.
